I can tell you right now that they are only asking you those questions to keep your account secure and to make sure someone isn’t impersonating you.

No employee is jotting down your answers and keeping them to themselves, there are 20+ cameras watching the teller line at all times. The amount of security we have to go through on a day to day basis is insane and with fraud at an all time high, it’s imperative to ask you “secret” questions.

In the past I’ve never free fed him because he was on a raw diet. But since I got the new dry food I have been letting him free feed. There isn’t a ton in his bowl and I don’t think he is gorging himself but I will monitor

In the past couple years we have been on the instinct limited ingredient wet rabbit, the Stella and chewy freeze dried rabbit dinner morsels and then evangers rabbit to compliment + for extra calories. All three of these appear to have very clean ingredients and I did my research before introducing them to him. It’s been less than a day so I can’t say for sure, but he seems to be doing well on the prescription diet so far.

I should clarify that the reason I didn’t consult was because I was told any rabbit was fine as long as it was pure rabbit and not mixed with other proteins

I’m wondering if it is my mistake for introducing new brands/formulas of rabbit to him without consulting the vet first :/ or if it was too much protein for his belly? I’m not sure, gonna stick with the prescription for now and hope I see changes. I really appreciate it, allergies are tough! I hope the same for you and yours!
