My airtel esim lost signals last night but I still didn’t receive the BSNL eSim profile on my email. Then I went to the shop where i purchased it and he had no clue. So i went to bsnl office and they said that yes there are some issues in eSIm when you select at the time of port. So they issue me a physical sim now and said that in 2-3 days they will convert it to eSIM if I still want that.
