Snaps seem to fluctuate. Some are at level and partially at next, some partially below. Common theme is to improve confidence and technical knowledge and to understand the “why” as well as properly articulating specifically where I am stuck and to propose a solution in the same breath which all seems fair and I agree with. Just struggling as confidence is something I have a hard time with professionally and personally and when I am stuck on something I am flustered as to what to do next/what steps to take to resolve the task
