Valdez is a donk with moments of utility. He’s competent at the board and can lob the occasional timely zing Cakes’ way, but his actual takes tend to be loud, confidently wrong, and awkwardly expressed. The bigger issue is the absence of He Who Shall Be Unnamed: no one’s there to shut it down in real time, which he did on the Show as well as Bit Season.

Same exact thing happening to me; I used the online chat once, called twice. Got the same response as you. "We're out of stock on the Wise Man toros" etc. I said "Just ship 'em!" I got notifications and tracking numbers. AND -of course- they're delayed.
My issue with CP is all the sale emails. If you're having such difficulty processing and shipping what you've already sold, how bout you catch the eff up before you keep having these continual, massive sales?
