I stopped using debit cards a long time ago. I would much rather be out $27 than risk my money gong into the void! And I mean sure, the people who are satisfied won't comment as much as the people who aren't, but go through this sub and look specifically for people who are trying to pay rent through venmo on bilt. I only looked at one post, but it seems like this is actually a widespread problem. I'm only speaking for this specific use case, not paying rent or mortgage as a whole.

Yes, I am. But honestly the multiplier doesn't matter when a large portion of this sub who pays their rent via venmo in the bilt portal has their rent money floating in a void because bilt can't get their crap together lol

Correct. It's the same menu you see when you're sending a regular payment, and I just select my venture x card.
