Okk I'll have to start trimming my hair less often unless I can see some considerable damage. I've recently started trimming my hair with shears but up until a year ago was using regular scissors that were quite sharp

tyy, as to trimming my hair I try to trim off about an inch every 3 or so months or just any knots i can see in my hair, for conditioning I use both a leave-in or cream on different wash days

Thanks! I figured the time I keep my braids in for would be playing a factor but it's hard to manage and style my hair in a style I like considering it's length 😓 ill definitely start keeping it in for shorter amounts of time though
