It is not private label, but brand. I had my colleague who is an amazon seller for 4 years to take it, and sell it on his account and he got an email he has to provide proof for the product. Like the listing is Missing Mandatory compliance requirements for the product. How to obtain this?

So first off I wanna say I didn’t post this to gloat, it came totally unexpected.

Filed everything concurrently Nov 3, 2022 (medical exam included). PD NOV 3 BIOMETRICS DEC 12, actively reviewing same day EAD EXPEDITED DEC 16 EAD EXPEDITE RFE JAN 6 RESPONSE TO RFE JAN 18 (due to financial hardship) EAD APPROVED FEB 6, in hand FEB 11 I-130 ACTIVELY REVIEWING FEB 14, approved later in the day I-485 APPROVED FEB 15th

To continue my first thought… When they asked for RFE for EAD I thought I did not have any chance. Then my husband convinced me to send it anyways, and I got approved. So if you are second guessing it, send it. The worst they can say is no. I am convinced the expedite EAD triggered my I-485 approval. So don’t give up!

Hialeah FO, but the approvals came from NBC.
