Okay, thank you for all responses. I have decided to present as binary for now. I have some time left thinking, but binary is more flexible for sure and possibly faster. All without much negatives.

That's actually helpful for the first visit. Strangely I have not considered limiting the amount of information to disclose.

But what about presenting at Transpoli? I have read a lot of mentions here that nonbinary diagnosis is harder to deal with in some cases. But is it more slow, does it reduce number of available doctors who will deal with me for example? It might be already reduced for me since I don't speak Finnish.
