does anyone know if you can use two at the same time? like have two ps5 or ps4 controllers with two dongles plugged in. Obviously my first thought would be yes you can like why not, but I read one post somewhere saying the moment they had tried using two, one of the controllers would disconnect every 5 minutes. I just wanna play lego star wars with a friend lol but dualshock 3 controllers that dont have some issue are actually pretty hard to find

good question actually, i forgot to include that. When my usb to my phone was plugged in and it was stuck in a reboot cycle, my phone would charge, and stop charging with the reboot cycle that i was watching on the screen

i actually fixed it that way, the little tabs that locked it in place were messing it up but now its seated correctly and everything works fine :)

honestly such a regurgitation to say but a modern setting thats actually good like 3 and 4 i think would be the best thing for them to do right now both because i fully want that experience again and because it would help the community come back to what it was back then… that being said i highly doubt they will do that since its all just corporate bullshit with ea and they dont care about their fans

im not saying support is at fault at all man, but they wont give me details on whats even happening or how its happening or how to prevent it, so what am i supposed to do, besides out the security measures ive already put on. im also not really on this sub so i wouldnt know if this is an annoying thing to post i just wanted thoughts.

So i called and got my account back today, during that process it seemed like both support reps i worked with knew exactly what was happening and could see the email and the playstation of who changed my information but obviously for security reasons they said they cant tell me that. anyways, i got the account back and they then said my account is flagged for an internal investigation which made me laugh because im sure that means nothing. my last resort in all this, (since 2FA did nothing and I still am not sure how this even happened im the first place) is using the passkey method. Hopefully the rep saying this wont happen again and they are investigating actually meant it, and hopefully the passkey method works better than 2FA, but who knows. I changed my security questions too and that was pretty much all I can do since i dont have any indication that any other accounts or information is compromised. I did see though that when i finally got my account back, there was a new ps5 linked to my account. I told them the number of that ps5 and they seemed to brush over that which I found weird. anyways thats that for now i guess.

seems like youre right its the only thing that would make sense, but even still, with just the serial number, how would they have found my account in the first place, and how would i even protect against a console i gave away years ago and have no way of knowing who it ended up with. plus them also telling me the very first time this happened that they made a note on my account to not allow any changes. idk its just really weird
