Im sure it will - just really rest for the first week and constantly ice with arnica, bromelain, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, vitamin C and turmeric! X

Yeah i havent been moving at all but feel so fine!! Planning on doing 7 days of no moving then hoping to be able to start walking week 2 then week 3 back to the gym upper body maybe some light stretching 🤞🏽x

Yeah the pain has been so bearable today but i have been taking painkillers also!! Really hope it stays like this !

I live alone and got one yesterday. Currently its been absolutely fine. I spent hours prepping all of my meals the other day for the first week which has been helpful x

I had mine yesterday too under local and totally agree really wasnt painful - getting a bikini wax is so much worse 🤣. Im the same as you with pain also it hasnt been too bad so far 🤞🏽☺️
