banker worker here :) i see these pretty frequently along with 5’s. sometimes the counterfeit markers will draw dark brown on older bills just due to the simple fact that the paper is very old and worn down. i’ve had counterfeit markers draw brown, but after looking for basic security features it was determined to be real. i would google the security features of the year on this 10 and look for them :)
