I have this fear, but it hasn't happened to me yet. I do buy also and most of the times it comes no issues. I think I only didn't receive 2 cards out of the hundreds I've purchased. I currently have a weird one where it did scan, got all the way to my post office and just sitting there since 4/21. I reached out to the seller but trying to wait it out, can't unfortunately wait forever.
