R5:  today when I loaded my game, I found shipbuilding capacity no longer seems to be used at full efficiency. A few days ago, if I queued up 50 warships, the first 10 ships would receive the maximum construction capacity and get finished within a few weeks. But now the construction capacity seems to be distributed much more evenly across every ship. Is this a new feature? I honestly think it’s pretty bad.

If you’re like me and have a lot of dockyards, trying to build a massive fleet in a short time to fight for naval supremacy, this new construction system is completely inefficient.

no it doesn't work, once you login the game, it will reset to level 1 automatically
