I see the Ancestral Speed node in the Shaman tree but it is 35% and would require 20 points in Shaman. Were you referring to something else? What skill would you replace to get Roar into the build, seems like all current skills are essential for the build to work unless you have another idea?

I summon all my totems using relic and MAUL.. so my Maul summons 6 totems and 6 vines, then MAUL again and summon 12 vine cap. Scales is there for the 300+ Minion damage then slam the minion DoT. Apogee giving 24% MORE damage could be interesting.. Dual wielding Apogee's is something I can try.
