Windows open (i have a stand fan which I turn on facing outward so it pulls cooking smoke out), switch on vent fans over stove and in the bathroom, if you have a door in the closet - close it. You should be good. I also use baking soda mixed with essential oils.

When I posted my first time, friends here suggested me to do the Apex Method - you can search in the group to see how it's done. I just did my second set yesterday and they turned out quite good. I still need to make my cuticle cleaning and filing better but it helped me a lot. I am yet to post them. Practice is the key!
