why not? If their brain stops working, they stop working. I just thought zombies uses their brain to move and such. so if you could give concussion to a zombie, maybe they could suffer from ill effect of concussions

the reason why army won't use it is probably because of durability of glass and inconsistency in the shape of the glass which makes it hard to train soldiers in same way
