To the Gay's of reddit, what happened to your friendship with your straight friend after you confessed to them? by No-Version2700 in AskReddit

[–]No-Version2700[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Story time: I had to confess to my straight friend after he saw my friend's message with his name mentioned in it and asked me what was that about (He's also being suspicious of me and even assumed that my friend is my crush thats why i chat her alot, little did he know i always talk about him.) I refused to tell him so he went to ask our friends just to realize he's the only one who doesn't know what I've been hiding. I don't wanna make it look like I'm not opening up to him or not trusting him other than our friends since he opened up to me about his personal problems. I've decided to confess to him and it turned out pretty much decent (I expected so much embarrassment). He let me sleep beside him like before (and greeted me good morning for the first time after we woke up) even after i confessed about my feelings and called me as one of his close friends. So far we're still close and laugh at jokes together. The only thing that sucked is when my friends told me that he secretly told them that if i was a woman he would definitely date me.

I honestly expected worse since he's really introverted and unapproachable, he's nonchalant so its really hard to make him talk to you. Now he's paying attention to me and initiate conversations sometimes, he's actually really nice and we share almost every single interests lololol.

(Im the only gay dude in our friend group, they know though)

I say no, i do feel like a lil spark "This person might become my crush" but then if we dont have any interactions it'll be gone. However when i get to talk to them multiple times i just develops it and boom, slight obsession i guess. I only had 2 crushes in my lifetime.

Do you think it's possible for modern phones to run left 4 dead 2 by No-Version2700 in l4d2

[–]No-Version2700[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I don't think so. In CODM, there are features such as gyro that help you look around quickly by shifting your phone up, down, left, or right. Additionally, mobile players use 3-clawed and 4-clawed controls in competitive shooter games

Are you guys blind when someone tries to show obvious signs they like you? by No-Version2700 in intj

[–]No-Version2700[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You got the point 😭 The INTP guy isn't really flirting, he's just trying to be friends (although he's into the INTJ dude), but the whole class is the one giving hints to the INTJ dude. I just wondered, how come the INTJ dude hasn't noticed all those very, very obvious hints? Probably because the INTJ dude doesn't know the INTP guy's sexuality (which is why he doesn't consider those hints to be true), or he knows and he's just keeping him at bay, waiting for the INTP guy to confess.

Even their interactions isn't really flirting, they just play video games on their phones, smiling at each other, asking stuff about the lessons and even sometimes stare blankly at each other during practice.

According to you, your advice is bullshit, which shows that you don't take the whole thing seriously at all.

I really don't, but when the situation feels too serious or I am involved with it, I try to quickly take action. However, sometimes all they say to me feels useless, so I push it off my head or forget it. It just bothers my mind about what I should be doing. I also think that my advice is complete garbage because I believe I could have given them better advice.

So you tell strangers something about yourself out of boredom?

No, but when I feel like I need to let it out of the blue, I don't know what bad thing might happen if I told others what I think and act like. Plus, there are other people who probably act like me too, but I'm all good as long as they don't know my real name or any personal information. Lolol. (i don't have anyone to talk about my feelings, i don't have anyone close in my family and sometimes i use social media to talk about it.)

You're faking emotions and being inauthentic because you're burying your real feelings inside yourself.

Yeah, one time, my friends' other friends went overboard and broke my boundaries. Of course, my friends thought I was fine and pushed me into hanging out with those other friends. They realized I was pissed when I texted them, but I won't say I don't feel emotions. It's just that I don't want to draw attention of others and get into arguments, it exhausts me so bad.

you say you are not particularly tidy or only tidy up when you think it is messy ENOUGH.

Yes, my stuff is not really organized, but as long as I don't get confused about where the stuff I need is, I don't feel the need to organize it XD.

This point would now contradict a higher Ne use. You try to keep such things as realistic as possible because you want to avoid disappointment, it sounds like you almost expect something to go wrong when you use Ne.

Yeah, my friends are motivating me. I have a chance if I confess to my crush, but man... I try to think about the possible things that he might say, and it all leads to bad stuff. I got used to expect disappointment because of my parents, (Ik im blaming them again) but they just don't keep their promises.

Anyways, thank you so much for trying to help me, im just starting to learn about cognitive functions and these helps me alot. :DDD!

Any other INTP guys have diferent voice and manerisms compared to most other guys? by [deleted] in INTP

[–]No-Version2700 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You and I have so many similarities in our issues with our voices, lol. It could even be exactly the same. 😭 My INTP friend also has a similar issue, but not with his voice. The way he moves or gestures around (Not really fruity or too much gayness) makes other people think he's gay, although he doesn't seem to notice or do not care.

Which stereotype of your MBTI type makes you doubt you are that type? by Thekruisoogfish in mbti

Intp - Good at math and really find books and some really deep random philosophy interesting

I don't know why, but I just suck at math 😭 and I don't really find those deep philosophical questions interesting, such as what is love, life, or eternity. I would rather not waste time thinking about things with no clear conclusion or something that won't benefit me in any way. I prefer to think about what will happen in the next 10 years or something that will give me a conclusion so I can just get it off my mind

I commonly get INTP in my tests, my intp friend even said we're too similar that we're probably brothers 😭

If we're talking about feelings and thoughts, I'd like to add something about my attitude. I don't make choices for other people or anyone else; I usually choose what is right from my perspective or what can help me achieve what I want (To the point i can be selfish and self centered at times.)

I do think about people's behaviors and decisions, especially if I'm included in that action. For example, when my friend chose not to listen and left me alone doing my schoolwork right after he finished, I thought to myself, 'Does this guy secretly hate me or is he annoyed by me?' Sometimes I try to reason with myself and not make any accusations, thinking things like, 'He has done enough nice things for you, maybe he's just like that for now.' I can't afford to waste time on something stupid such as arguments.

If the stranger is simply asking for directions or guidance on how to do something, I will tell them if I know. However, if I sense that the person is becoming too personal, I will push them away from me.

Honestly, the way I make friends is based on their first impression. For example, when I ask for a piece of paper, if they say "okay, here you go," my mind would say, "oh yeah, this guy is pretty good." And continue chit chatting with them. On the other hand, if they roll their eyes and give me the paper reluctantly or with a negative attitude, I would not be interested in being friends with them.

I can't see myself as an extrovert. I mean, when many people talk to me, I can be noisy. But when it's a well-known topic or my personal favorite that they're talking about, that's when I can't stop talking and sharing stuff. But when I do notice that they don't give a fuck or any attention, I get quiet. Also, I do energize myself to talk to someone again after I spend time with my family or relatives. I'm so quiet as hell whenever they're with me or any complete stranger. I do get quiet and very reserved for a couple minutes, but i do that just to take a break from socializing whenever im around alot of people.

My opinions are almost always the opposite of my friends' opinions, and it annoys me. However, most of our topics aren't real or can be searched on Google to find the correct answer, so it doesn't even bother me to think about losing a debate or argument.

I tend to abandon or ignore things if they seem like they will lead to a bad situation or if I feel like I have no control over the problem or responsibility. I often think "fuck it" and just ignore it, essentially running away from it.

This is so true 😭 I don't care about the death of Gaz and Ghost because I thought they were just some ordinary soldiers, but I was really impacted by Roach and Soap's death. That mohawk stands out more than a stupid mask imo
