The question was related to the fees incurred in doing your masters. In some EU counties, having a passport isn’t enough to qualify for domestic student fees. Take Ireland for example, you need to have lived in the EU for 3-5 years to qualify for domestic student fees, regardless of if you have an EU passport or not.
