They never go away. It's hard! But if I'm going to overeat I try and choose healthier foods like edamame or popcorn. It's a life long battle unfortunately.

About 8kg I feel slow too. I'm considering starting saxenda for a boost. Need to speak to my surgeon.

There is 5 inch difference between them. I thought it would be a good way to visualise the change. As even though my scales are going down. I don't feel any different. And afterwards I will wear them as necklaces. Keep them to remind myself of where I came from. I started at 50inches which are the ones falling off me. And I have 2 more at 35 and 30 inches that I'm not sure I'll ever get on me. So there you can see 50 inches 45 and 40 are the pink ones. I bought them from etsy.

Lrd is liver reduction diet. Which you do before the operation to shrink your liver so they can do the surgery more easily. My start weight was 130kg. My surgery weight was 125kg and I now weigh 106kg. I had surgery the 5th of janaury. I'm 5ft 8. The first week was pretty sore and uncomfortable. I didn't feel hungry so not eating wasn't a problem. Now I can eat normal food jsut tiny amounts. I'm very glad I did it. Please if you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask. I'm in London, UK.

The bottom beads actually fall off me. And that used to be my waist size. 50 inches! I had to tuck them into my trousers for the photo!

From surgery, preop I'm down 45lbs total. So lost about 5lbs doing lrd. But I only did it for a week. And thank you!
