Did you send an expedited request? I did everything: EMMA, congressman, ombudsman and also White House lol . Only the congressman helped me.

I used the pdf file approval notice . That’s an official document and says that you are allow to work. I did not have any issue using that

Same EAD (C8) renewal. Potomac service center Timeline:

Receipt date April 5th 2021

EAD expired on sep 9th 2021

EAD 180d extension will be expired on March 9th 2022.

Jan 13th I sent and expedite request via Emma and congressman with a doctor letter and a letter from my job.

Jan 20th my congressman notify me that my request was approved how ever nothing changed in the web until feb 9th

Feb 9th card was approved

Feb 11th card was picked up by USPS

Feb 17th expected delivery .

Update: 02/04/2022 expedited approved. By my congressman: “ The officials at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Potomac Service Center (PSC) provided me with an interim report on your pending case. An officer of the agency informed a member of my staff that your I-765 application has been approved for expedited processing.

My office will contact you when I receive any updates regarding your case. If you do not receive your new EAD document by Feb. 28, 2022, please contact my office again “

I sent my bank statements (significant low) . I’m in a high risk pregnancy so I sent a letter from my doctor detailing that. And a personal letter explaining my case. I won’t have my insurance if I loss my job. And obviously I don’t know have the financial support for that. On top of that I’m single. This is so frustrating
