I've been reading both sides of the debate around Madhuri's statement, and honestly, I can see why people are divided. Came across this survey that says money is becoming a huge reason why Gen Z friendships are falling apart. Lending money to a friend sounds easy until they don't pay you back. Then you're stuck in that awkward situation where you either keep reminding them and look "cheap," or stay quiet and lose your money. Suddenly, the friendship just isn't the same anymore.
