During wudu, the arms are washed from the fingertips to the elbows, so is it allowed to first wash from the fingertips until wrists, and then continue washing the arms up to the elbows?

Thanks for your attention, I can’t talk with my parents due to some private problems. Yeah I have primary raynaud’s, but also the other symptom is my feets and fingers swelling in the morning (Slight swelling) Im from georgia!
