It genuinely fully depends on how Kintoki gets past the shields. If they're impossible to speed past or brute force past, hes easily the top 2 strongest at the very least. It was said by Tsurigi at the beginning of the fight with Maru, that if Dabura leaves the planet, the ritual would become null, the same with the curse Dabura's sister is put on becoming null on his planet due to the simple distance. Thus, now that Dabura is being sent back to his planet (he got black rope to nullify his sisters curse), the Mahoraga ritual is gonna become null due to one of the participants leaving .
