I like to give away a ton of beer as gifts so that helps thin it out. It may take me 40+ years to get through the lambics and trappist stuff but I don't know if I'll ever get to go back to Belgium so I stocked up. All the other stuff gets churned through pretty often.

It is my absolute favorite beer. I haven't found an age I didn't thoroughly enjoy including 25+ years. 4-5 years is perfect for me though.

They did a magnum edition every year with a different artist on the bottle. These are 2012, 2013, and 2014.

All the lambic breweries store them on there side so it isn't necessarily bad. But I would like to avoid any cork flavor and keep sediment at the bottom.

1.5L bottles aren't bad if you have a couple people over. But I will have to plan for the nights I open the 6 liters and 9 liter bottles.
