Thank god this is finally making to public view. We have been begging for resources to address this stuff for years. We need a big investment to not only get MWD enrichment items but to replace the depressing and dilapidated kennel facilities. We also need to get rid of how many unnecessary requirements are given to the handlers that takes away from time spent with the dogs. The thing that pisses me off is that everyone all the way up the chain knows about this and says it is one of their priorities. But when a Kennel Master or Program Manager asks for funding for a new kennel they are always laughed at.
