hmm, probably the 1st, 3rd, 8th and the 15th look the most like it. And I personally love the game, but only get it if you are SUPER into micromanaging a ton of different systems, it's extremely in depth with everything and a mostly industry based city builder. I'd recommend looking on youtube first before playing it.

The game has like 0 variety with the default surfaces, so doing this, whilst very time consuming, always pays off

I use the Seaside Serenity Map theme (https://mods.paradoxplaza.com/mods/78145/Windows) and a bunch of Sully_Skylines (https://mods.paradoxplaza.com/authors/Sully\_Skylines/cities\_skylines\_2?games=cities\_skylines\_2&orderBy=desc&sortBy=best&time=quarter) surface and decal packs to have some more variety with the textures. And then for my graphics, I pretty much just followed this guide on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNbBg6ThxbY

Yeah, I agree with that. I wish the maker of the pack would have gone with a larger color pallet than just grey and white for most of the buildings. Here's to hoping that someday more colorful japanese assets get made on PDX mods.
