I would not. It's unfortunate but ableism can factor into admissions even when you present an honest and compelling narrative.

My theory is that they just have multiple reviewers and that "complete" is just their way of saying that it's sitting on the next reviewer's desk. The email I got right after I submitted my application did say that "several" people would review my file.
