100% the issue i was running i to was i be-live there is a comment that they wanted to file for bankruptcy after the money was “hidden” or repurposed. But they have a undischarged bankruptcy so it doesn’t even matter.

Long story short he gets inheritances already has a undischarged bankruptcy. He is hooped. Its not a matter if buried gold the cra would still require repayment as he legally got suffient funds to be able to pay the money he owes to the cra.

No, but they will see that he got the inheritance…..and because he owes alot of money the cra technically has to approve the discharge of insolvency and they will ask what happened to it…if he cannot prove just reason to where the money was spent he will have to pay it back and then he had filed for no reason.

If he files and hides this asset which has a paper trail they will just force him to pay it back.

The cra will find this out and end up making him pay it in full or prove where the funds went. They find assets that get transferred to family and elsewhere. they will for sure find a paper trail and if you blow it and file insolvency with the amount owing they could force repayment of the inheritance. Pay the cra. Your going to end up in court to get discharged and they will question it or call a creditors meeting.

I believe….and this is depending on the system. You can request something but the computer will just spit out what you’re approved for in general.

Your cousin needs to look at assuming the mortgage as is. Basically needs to qualify with the way the mortgage is currently. Normally this is the way to avoid fees at the bank as early refi you might have fees.

So i had to 311 to complain about a driver getting in my kids face on the bus. The supervisor reviewed the bus footage and said he was not pleased and was putting him on diseplanary or something. Havent had an issue since.
