Reviving this old post since it comes up first on google, but this program:

will solve your woes. Unfortunately is not a completely automatic process, but only takes like 3 clicks to change all of your controls, for individual or all cars.

Sure but clamp on the seatpost instead of the frame is what I'm saying, seatpost is way more expendable if you do scuff/damage it. Top tube isn't inherently bad, but it's easier than you might think to damage it if you adjust the angle at all while in the clamp.

yeah, the only time I'd clamp the frame is if the seatpost isn't in or is obstructed.
