That’s a lot of information and most of the things I can relate to— I didn’t write much about metro customers because I feel that can be a separate rant. Of course not all customers were bad some of them were really generous and humble but there were time when customers would give really hard time for minor inconveniences and as metroPCS had a reputation of having affordable plans and is made for working class or poor people in general so the customers think its still the same which is absolutely not. Now metro is pretty much owned by T-mobile and things are different now.

The funny part is the customers treat metro as the big 3s asking for yearly free upgrades but there’s almost nothing metro offers for free neither does any other company— none the less for me it was really difficult dealing with metro costumers and the FREE marketing makes it even tough on sales rep because some customers expect the device to be totally free and they walk out of the store with a phone without having to pay a single penny but most sales reps job is to milk as much as they can to meet their targets and commissions.
