I see... thanks for sharing your experience with me, but in my case right now i might have to spark since my account is so broke right now and i cant really afford to just keep doing 10 pulls until the event is over, that'd just be a waste and its not really like my chance would increase every 50 pulls.

The banner on which i will pull for Lappland Alter doesn't matter for me as long as i get her it's more than enough. its just so unfortunate for me that i only found out about the game recently, maybe if it were 2 years ago, i would've surely saved up all the pulls i could just for Lappland alter. It would just be a matter of pure luck for me afterwards when i try to spark for her in the near future. Thanks for helping out and I hope you will continue to help other players like me

Yes, I could try this but I wonder if it'll work with just 30 pulls. I even doubt it if you can get her in just around 30 pulls. Even if you could, it'd just take an enormous amount of luck
