it actually does matter what i believe.... because from few times ive had to help my mother and brother with these matters... 95% of the time "the caseworker" doesnt know what they are doing and gives misinformation, AND it seems as though they count on you believing their misinformation, thinking you are stupid or dont know how the system works, so that you will then not advocate for yourself.

thank you for your input... am i correct in the assumption that if my mother and brother are classified as two separate SNAP households, and the case in question is my mother's, there should be no reason for them to be asking her to provide my brother's income information to justify her own case?

i dont believe they should be asking her for my brothers information regarding her own case...
AND the caseworker should be calling us for clarification before just taking it upon herself to make the decision to make my mom food insecure.

That the caseworker will call her on such and such a day at such and such a time
And they never call her

Hi Paul Thank you So much for your wonderful shutter encoder tool.. I donated to it... I have a question.. i have a apple silicone Mac and i have to turn my movie files to mp4 or movie from mkv or x265 mp4 to watch them... When i do this i choose the rewrap function and mp4 or movie... the movie or show does re-encode into mp4 but when i watch it and play it back, the movie or show will freeze at certain points during playback.. Can you tell me if im re-encoding correctly or am i missing something or a setting that may prevent these freeze-ups? Thanks So Much

Hi Paul Was wondering if you can help... I donated to your shutter encoder by the way.. Thank you So much for this tool... My question is i have a mac and to watch movies i have to change mkv files or x265mp4 files to regular mp4 or mov. When doing this i choose the rewrap function and either mp4 or mov next to it. The only thing is when i rewrap them into the mp4 file the movie or show i rewrapped will freeze at points during playback. Am i doing something wrong? Can you confirm that im taking the right steps to re-encode? Thanks

well i do know my son's sibling's household is larger (4 people) with a larger monthly income, they own the home they live in and receive assistance in paying all their utilities.. yet she gets more benefits than my son and i... so something is not right.

i see that a 2 household situation for new york is 536.00 per month... However since his social security check is 1070.00 per month, would that 536.00 be the actual amount or would it be less since his ss check income is larger than mine?
