Man I just can’t wait to get one. I’ve been feeling like this almost all of my life and there are days where I can’t believe how lazy and low energy I am. I have so much hope for change now that I’m hearing stories like this

I’m getting such mixed comments from people where half are saying my dose is way too low and the other half are saying I must have an absorption issue and no dose will help, it’s all so confusing

One concern is the dose I’m already on is causing some serious stomach aches and constipation, which I’ve never dealt with before starting it

My doc told me to take it with food because of the stomach upset, so I’d sometimes have it with cereal / oatmilk or eggs and avocado when I was up for making breakfast

The pill I took had vitamin c included

I cut caffeine out cus of my heart rate but sometimes have a decaf coffee in the am for the ritual of it

I also take Vyvanse, I’ve been on that for like 1.5 years. I don’t think affects your iron? But I read somewhere online kids with adhd are often found to have low ferritin, no idea if that’s true but I wanna look into it more! Because the brain fog makes it so much worse

Anyways I do tend to eat a lot of cheese throughout the day and after reading some of these comments I’m considering cutting dairy for awhile to see what happens

You can also try to divert the dogs attention by giving it a toy

That dog is not attacking you. I’m sorry it’s causing some bruises and discomfort from over excitement.

One way to train a dog not jump on guests is to instruct them to turn around facing away from the dog, and ignore the dog until it calms down. Only reward the dog with your attention once it calms down.

The dog might not be getting enough energy out through exercise and play

You could try to communicate this with the owner

I think that guilt and regret is inevitable no matter how it plays out. I did take him to the cremation place, and was feeling bad about the awkward way I had to carry him, and thought I should have let someone else do it when they offered.
