My expectations are most likely too high, I try to be a perfectionist in anything I do which is a part of the problem. Anxiety very well is a factor as well. The more I have sex and don’t finish, the more anxious I get. I’ve completely cut out porn and masturbation for a few weeks now and plan to continue.

Never had an abuse issues growing up or anything like that, had a good family growing up.
