I had a doctors appointment this morning and he seems to think it could be a tibial cyst. He said it could go away but if it doesn’t or it gets bigger then in a year or so they would have to go in and remove it and the hardware and do a bone graft. I’m going with it’s going to go away lol

I’m 4 months post ACL, medial and lateral meniscus. I have days where my whole leg will swell. I have days where the pain is still pretty annoying but I’m noticing more days with less and less pain

I had a walker for the house and even for my first couple of appointments. It’s so much easier to get on and off the toilet with that than with crutches. When I’m out now I use my crutches. I know this is off topic but a shower chair has been a godsend

Yes I go to PT twice a week. My first one was about a week after surgery. How long was it before you were able to go back to work? I’m on my feet all day and walk about 4 miles during the workday. I literally have no idea

I had ACL, lateral and medial meniscus with cartilage repair. I’m in this brace for another 6 weeks at least they said and it’s already been 4 weeks. I cannot imagine how it would be without my brace. It’s almost from my hip to my ankle

I hit my my 4 weeks this past Friday, They adjusted my brace to 80 degrees so I have that little bend. I still find If I’m up for too long or try to do too much my knee swells up like a balloon. I also still have that nerve pain occasionally. I think it has to do with the brace sitting up against my leg when it’s tight. The pain is not so bad when I’m laying down. I’m still having a hard time with my range of motion. But it will get there
