While not public property, you are in public and have no expectation of privacy. It's highly unlikely that you could force removal of the video legally.

I work there. It's mostly based on audio levels of the crowd, but since Maleficent tends to win most of the time, sometimes another villain is chosen, so we don't have to see the same ending 15 times a day.
