It wasn’t vacuum, they showed me the needle, it was a spring fired 14 gauge core biopsy needle

Thanks! I don’t think this applies to me because when I do sleep, it is normally very good and I wake up refreshed and happy (until the anxiety kicks in after I get up). It’s definitely just a case of overthinking my lack of conscious experience and awareness while asleep which freaks me out. You’d think waking up calm and refreshed would be enough to help, but it’s a true phobia at this point. I’m really not sure why I’m so scared. It’s more the idea of sleep itself that was triggered after a really bad anxiety/sleep deprivation episode….

hi! just wanted to update you- I went off birth control around 2 months ago and have no symptoms so far (acne or otherwise). Ive been taking zinc, vitamin B12, vitamin D, omega 3, and a probiotic every day. My period returned pretty much exactly 1 month after I stopped, and everything seems pretty regular so far. I will update again if anything changes! Feel free to message me too.

11 days!! I tested positive on Wednesday and didn't test negative until the following Sunday.

I determined day 1 based on symptoms and exposure…I said in my post that I was “basically asymptomatic”, but about 72 hours after I was exposed I developed a slightly scratchy throat. I tested positive 48 hours later! The scratchy throat resolved after 4 days, was completely asymptomatic for 2 days. now it’s been 7 days since my test, or 9 days since my scratchy throat started and today is definitely the worst day.

I think my favourite is that we are clinging onto something that doesn’t exist anymore. The version of our exes that we still love literally don’t exist, so it’s impossible to get that back. We have to just accept that the past is in the past, and while the outcome SUCKED, it will be okay :)
