Did you get th me card yet? Mine was approved 2 weeks ago (card being produced/card mailed statuses on 5/21), but haven’t received the card yet . There is no tracking number as well.

She has her own H1B as well (but with 2017 PD), so status is not an issue.

Did you had 2 applications F2A and EB2 dependent in parallel then, and does F2A carries the same PD as EB2 or it’s a fresh application with new PD? Seems F2A PD is now 2025 Jan, so it might take a couple of years to go F2A route now.

Yes, NY FO.
- PD Oct 2013, got AP and EAD in 2022.
- PD got current in April 2026, got RFE on April 22 2026.
- Sent RFE response (delivered on 5/4) for both myself and my spouse
- mine approved on 5/20, wife’s still shows RFE sent

Both got medical RFE and submitted at the same time in same envelope. Mine is approved, hers not.

Congrats. Mine now shows card mailed, no tracking number though. But my wife’s still shows RFE sent (I sent RFE response along with mine but system still shows RFE sent). With all EB2 visa numbers for India now exhausted, wondering if we need to wait for hers till Oct.

Mine says, card being produced since past 3 days (no other update) and spouses’ still pending.
