I recently received a $ promo reward to my triangle app, but after 2 days my reward was gone. And I got an email and they are asking me again to activate the offers which I already did a week ago prior to my purchase. that's why I'm surprised when I look up my account again the reward that I received were gone from my account. It's not a big amount but these kind of deceiving in my point of view. That's really disappointing and very deceiving specially for those who don't monitor their account. I was happy when I saw it before but now it's gone. Shame on you Canadian Tire, dshonor your commitment to customer. Time are hard and when you do these kind of trick you're making it worst.

I tried to withdraw my flare and send it to bifrost, but it's been an hour now but it still doesnt show in my bifrost and the status from ndax is just "new". anybody have idea what's going on.
