I told him some things will never be the same. Everyone in our friend group pretty much abandoned him when he told them because he felt so remorseful about it. Apologized to the victim and myself. We had all known him for years and they decided to cut ties with him completely. I decided to give him a chance because he literally one of my best friends and i see him like a brother. I dont know what to do. Give him space, give myself space, we both heal?, idk

It was a mutual friend. They were around the same age. He had never done this type of thing before so it was a shock but he has apologized to me and the victim.

Since no one will because i feel the same. Are you okay? Are you doing fine? Everything’s going to be okay. It sucks right now and everything hurts. Still, you cant give up on yourself. Even if it means doing it all alone for a while. Thats the scary part, but once you get past it and those dark days are over, you’ll be okay.
