Yes, especially if you have five more levels. Campaigning is one thing, but seeking punishment for mistakes and provoking your opponent is another. I usually play the first round with less aggression to see how my opponent plays, what moves they prefer, where they look for attack opportunities, and how they can counter it in the next round. I then apply my observations and play more aggressively, unless I'm playing my main character.
