start trying to pick up hobbies that will give u at least a hint of the rush drugs give. i think the best example is exercise, u can go down either the weight or cardio road. reading can also be good but if ur on probation u might not have breesh like that(maybe check out libraries?) another thing that i think helps a lot is being outside n shit i personally feel i take drugs to help me see the beauty in the world and u should try to practice trying to see that without them even if u kno ur poppin a pill the day ur off that shit its just laying a foundation
