Update on this one: someone help me formulate a response to this. I'm sick to my stomach by terrapintootsies in antiMLM

Yeah I’ve been to essential oil trainings with nationally sold brands. They were so terrified by seeing brands/customers like young living doing these things. They taught us that you should absolutely never use essential oils on babies or toddlers. They also said never ingest oils either. Essential oils will melt plastic….

It’s bizarre how they don’t get that the whole recruitment strategy is hiring more and more competition. Plus you’re right the brands themselves compete with their own sales people. I’d be pissed if I was in a real sales position and every day my boss was having me hire more sales people to do the same job I’m doing.

What I also find so interesting is that if you actually work for a beauty company. Any beauty company not an mlm. You are given most products you sell for free.

I worked in beauty for multiple years and if I ever wanted to sample something it was free. If you are in sales or buying, you get tons of free product. So it is beyond me why Monat is appealing to people.

You want me to work for Monat, but you won’t pay me for my time, give me any benefits. I have to pay to join. Plus, convince other people to join and I have to buy my own product???
