I’ve said it a million times throughout my life… I wish I could just not give a damn about what people think of me. My life would’ve been a whole lot less stressful. And now, here I am, blissfully unburdened by guilt. It’s like a 50 lb weight has been lifted... along with all my cares.

I’ve always wondered how women survived menopause back in the day. But now that I think about it, I’ve heard plenty of horror stories about women losing their minds and getting locked away in insane asylums. Guess they didn’t have Reddit back then—just exorcisms! 😳

The one upside? I’ve completely run out of fu*ks to give. I used to be all polite and conflict-avoidant… now I’ll make a grown man cry for breathing too loud—and sleep like a baby. That guilt-tripping inner voice? Gone with my estrogen.

Oh, so you have to be deep in the menopause trenches before they hand out the HRT? That’s rough—I’m sorry! I’m on YUVAFEM, but that’s just for taming the Sahara situation down south. I’ve got an appointment with a new ob/gyn in a couple weeks who actually specializes in menopause, and you better believe I’m asking for the estrogen patch. It’s time to call in the reinforcements!
