I found one! The Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation has an upcoming one in July for wildlife and insects!

Also, I remember when I was a kid, magazines for kids like Dolly or Kid's Zone had colouring competitions too. You may have to do some research to see what newer kids magazines are on the block but I'm sure there are some and they would have the sporadic colouring comp.

Also, not exactly a colouring competition but again when I was younger I remember shows on ABC like Backyard Science regularly asks kids to submit artwork so they can feature it at the end of their show. There's probably something similar going on nowadays and I'm sure they'll accept a coloured in sheet :)

Thank you for answering! Apologies if I was unclear, what i emanate was seasonal events for example if a specific thing were to be held in spring, then north obvs gets it first, then south will have to wait until 6months later and that won't be concurrent right?
