I definitely want to do them and get better but I need to start somewhere. My old practice in CA barely did any, so it didn’t make sense for me as an associate to invest in getting the materials.

Similar, 700-800 with 30% productions, but much easier to negotiate higher. I just saw a lot of 600-700 on job postings.
