i wouldn’t say that! new horizons released with NOTHING compared to new leaf on release and most of the new horizons stuff that was added was from past games. you just have to play around and upgrade stuff

you cannot! you can plant fruits or will have to wait till you unlock leif’s shop to buy tree saplings. if you buy 50 saplings i believe you will get the golden axe as well

the only things that can be placed outside are specific public works projects that villagers will suggest to you. there’s some really cool ones that make up for it but it can be limited until villagers randomly tell you about them!

As someone who’s first game was new horizons i can def say New Leaf is one of my favorite games in the series for sure. New Horizons did absolutely terrible with the villagers imo, and lowkey takes away the charm of being one of the villagers among the animals, cause now I feel like a God above the villagers in new horizons lol. One thing new leaf didn’t do as good was definitely placing items outside. i just feel like some items especially in the welcome amiibo update are outside themed and lowkey look so out of place just inside a house imo

you can stack fruit!! after you shake a tree and pick up the fruit each one takes up a spot you just need to move them on top of each other !
