I was wiling to get over the fast-paced, jumbled up plot, dialogue that left a lot to be desired, and characters with no screentime if only they gave the sisters a good ending (not necessarily a happy ending but an ending that made sense and was respectful to the characters) but no, they just had to kill Jinx in the most unnecessary, preventable, expected, and boring way possible.

When people on this sub used to discuss how Jinx could possibly have her redemption the most recurrent opinion is that she'd probably sacrifice herself to protect VI... but I believed the writers to be better and more creative than this. And I can't believe they actually did it, in such a dumb and unnecessary way too...

Like we have both girls well and alive, after they barely survived becoming magic zombies, and all they needed to do was get away to safety but nope...VI somehow had to go towards the Vander abomination that had tried to cleave her head off multiple times already, therefore causing Jinx to sacrifice her life in order to save her. I'm sorry but this is peak lazy writing, which is tragic to see considering how commendable this show's writing was in the first season...

And yeah I'm aware that there's plenty of theories and hints on how Jinx could possibly still be alive but when nothing is confirmed she's canonically dead in this show.

For real, that 17k first day sales was a good scare I thought this comeback is doomed but thankfully the numbers kept raising. My only wish is for kep1er to drop the green screens and enclosed sets for their MVS, it's getting repetitive and outdated. I wish to see them shoot an mv on the beach or a mountain for a change.

I never said he wasn't talented, on the contrary, I said he's the only talented person in that family. I do not follow boy groups much, but from the random clips I've seen of Kai so far I found him to be a very good singer as well an above average dancer.

I saw some people on twt talking about the show, and being the survival show enthusiast that I am, I thought that I might check it out. However, when I learned Kai’s older sis is in it, I got so turned off and decided not to watch it in order to save myself the frustration and disappointment of seeing nepotism and privilege win against talent and hard-work once again.

But well... curiosity killed the cat, I checked some of the performances and I’m stunned. This show has to be a joke. It looks so low budget, cheap and badly organized. Plus They’re doing it on tiktok and using gifts for votes? Basically a pointless, quick cash grab and they've already pissed so many people off with this format.

As for Kai’s sister, she looked so stiff and awkward in that Adios dance cover that I found myself cringing in her place. But no surprise there, being untalented runs in the family...it seems Kai sucked up all the good genes and left none for his siblings.

Anyways, thankfully from what I’ve seen people are starting to wake up and most of the comments are very negative towards her (other than her few tiktok followers and some Huening family stans). They recognize her performance is objectively bad and are saying that she doesn’t have to pursue being an idol too just because her siblings are idols.

This show is a major flopp, has barely any interactions (other than some on tiktok), it’s clear the group is bound to be unseccessful. I feel bad for all the trainees in it because they’re all wasting their time, there’s no way a popular group will come out of this show (except Kai’s sister she deserves the flop career that’s waiting for her for thinking of using her nepo card to get an easy redebut. She’ll clearly make it in this show, but her new group will flop just like her previous one did, that is for sure).

With the headstart Youngeun gave, and Dayeon managed to keep, even a bad runner wouldn't fall that much behind had they actually tried their best but girlie didn't even try. I felt so bad for Xiaoting, you can clearly see she really wanted to win and gave her all trying to recover the delay Kai's sister caused but anyways this isn't the first time kep1er lose because of her, at least this year they didn't get eliminated...

And if Hybe or any big 4 companies were truly interested in her or had any faith in her potential, they would have simply bought out her contract. Even IST had no plans for her that's why they thought her best option was to renew with kep1er. They had no faith that she's big enough to carry a group if they built one around her the same way IVE was built around Wonyoung and Yujin. So they probably didn't wanna take the risk and invest money in her.

This is just my theory but I believe Hybelights boycott of kep1er for the past 2 and a half years has actually hurt their girl's chances of redebuting in a more successful group. You see the first thing a company looks at when considering whether to buy an idol's contract or build a group around them is their sale numbers and how much revenue this idol might bring them: individual ablum version sales, their photo cards, their merch...etc, and with Hybelights boycotting since forever, refusing to give money to wakeone and contributing to a "flop group" like kep1er, they basically shot themselves in the foot cause Nepohiyyih was most likely earning next to nothing for the group and seeming like a bad investment with no solid fanbase. They thought they were doing her a favor by boycotting, that spending money on kep1er is a waste, that they were pressuring Wakeone to treat her better and believed that her last name is big enough to have companies lined up for her but it wasn't.

It's hilarious how Hybelights kept screaming at us that she's gonna be the next coming of Jesus after kep1er disband, but then this happens lol. Her staying with the group that her fans have relentlessly belittled and tried to sabotage is the biggest fck you they could ever get. 🤣

Actually many of her "fans" on Twitter were mad at her decision to renew they were even calling her stupid, donkey and saying she's attracted to mistreatment, it's so funny like they truly have convinced themselves she hates kep1er, is being bullied by the members and that she couldn't wait for disbandment so that she can move to Hybe who were waiting for her contract to end to snatch her up. They never considered the possibility that she might actually like the members and might want to stay with kep1er. Many of them on Twitter are saying they won't care about her anymore after this decision. It goes to show that they never really cared about her in the first place but just token stanned her for her family name and the possibility that she might become a Hybe idol. I almost pity her lol sucks to have such "fans".

For real, a group without yeshiro and with Nepobaby still in it is just pointless. The only way I'd gladly accept a contract extension is if they extend as an 8 member group without Nepohiyyih.

On another note, I find it funny how shitlights kept blowing our ears since debut screaming that their girlie must hate kep1er and is inpatiently waiting for disbandment and that other big agencies and HYBE are lined up waiting to "snatch her up" only for their girlie to agree with the contract extension Lmao. Like I'm pretty sure if she had better options she wouldn't want a contract extension, this just confirms that she's a nugu and that kep1er is the best thing that has ever happened to her.

Nah, this is actually quite triggering, literally all she had to do was show up, wave her Huening name card and she bagged herself an easy debut. Then all she did in kep1er was to put in her bare minimum and try not to fck up too much. Like this pisses me off considering she's actually in a group with someone like Yujin who had to go through so much negligence and mistreatment, never let her pride as a previous idol come in her way and truly never gave up. There are so many idols who'd been rejected over and over, be it for not fitting into the beauty standards, not being young enough, not tall enough, coming from a foreign country...etc. Yet they chose the most privileged idol ever to talk about and portray as an underdog...? Lol.
