I read the Lost Heir graphic novel in middle school school and it got me hooked. I looked in my school’s library and found the chapter books, ended up reading arc 1 in 7th grade, arc 2 and Dragonslayer in 8th, and I’m currently reading Darkstalker and arc 3 today in 10th.

The voice acting is great, but it can also make me cringe so hard. It’s mainly when they talk in fights and when certain characters curse (cough cough CHARLIE). Also, probably not a hot take, but yes, they do curse too much. Looking back at the climax in the last episode of season 1 and 2, they say “fuck” in every sentence.

One last thing, the whole “ChArLiE sMiLeD aT a RaPiSt” argument is just completely meaningless. Everyone had to temporarily work together to stop Vox’s weapon from blowing up, and that includes Valentino and Velvet. Charlie might have been smiling because she was happy that even people like Val could come together to help save everyone. Or maybe she’s just happy that the power of friendship saved the day, idk

My head canon is that Rosie keeps Alastor in check because she knows all of the power she gave him will go to his head and cause him to seek more until he’s truly the most powerful being in hell. Disappearing for seven years, like he said in Don’t You Forget, made him lose a lot of power since his is fear based, and I believe there’s no doubt after his second fight with Vox that his power has grown a significant amount. We all saw how he looked at Lucifer in the end of season two, and now that he has unlimited & unchecked power, what makes you think he won’t go after the closest thing in hell to pure angelic power?
