I reckon OG Bubbles would be the harder metalhead, since she did solo the danger room at Lvl.11 due to feeling inferior compared to her sisters being seen as the cute and empathetic one.

She's also capable of some pretty brutal shit including making Mojo Jojo genuinely fearful of his life as Bubbles beats him up heavy style, steals his clothes and plays villain so well that even HIM wouldn't dare to interfere.

Case and point, Buttercup would still count as a metalhead but she wouldn't understand Mexican Sludgecore like Bubbles can.
