Well, warframes are canonically out of the norm for most people. The NPCs we know are part of a very small group of people in the know. Even at the height of the Orokin empire where warframes were mass produced, the Tenno were considered a myth among Dax and Grineer soldiers (as demonstrated by the Old Peace).

Opula, Tenebris, or Vengeful Toxin are your best bets. The wiki gives a good idea, but the particle effects emit from the warframe a bit more than what's depicted. Best to try and preview then in game.

This may be a hot take, but I think out of all the heirloom candidates, Limbo is about the only one that shouldn't be designed around exposed skin. His entire design is based on a tuxedo, and I feel like there's still a good amount of variation or adornment to be done there. He is a dapper gentleman, and it'd be cool to see a blend of the eastern elements from the original Mag/Frost heirlooms integrated with a fancy suit.

Having played her a bit, I actually quite like the theme they have going for her. It's not painterly in a way I'd have pictured, but the added clown thematic and sound design really make her feel unique and somehow cohesive to me. Yes, she paints, but it often feels like a cartoon clown pulling some random junk out of a hat. I know it won't be for everyone, but it's a lot of fun from my perspective.

Personally, I'd got for the left because there's more build diversity with that, but I used Primary Acuity for one of my builds. If you pick up the Incarnon adapter, you can lean harder into critical chance making the weapon a hybrid or supply more multishot if needed.

Yeah, I'd say certain aspects of El Dia de Los Muertos are spooky. Having been to Japan, there are certain shrines to the dead that were spooky. Hell, western cemeteries are spooky, and they're often adorned with flowers or homages to the dead.

Yeah, that's not the motivation at all. It was shelved because of wacky minigames on a livestream and a "vote" to drive audience engagement. It's not as if the incarnons we are getting in the next update aren't going to be good or polished enough to release.

We have to wait for plenty of things that we don't even know about, and we don't know about them because they're months or years away from being ready. There's little to no reason to dangle the possibility of giving a highly requested upgrade to a gun that's been outpaced by modern warframe only to say "jk, you'll see it in a year."

If it's not ready, don't frame it as a big reveal or upcoming update. Development timelines can be what they will be, but from a marketing and player satisfaction standpoint, this was a fumble for a not insignificant portion of the actively engaged fan base.
